HODO, Helping Orphans Development Organization, is a South Sudanese NGO established in 2021, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable children and orphans. With headquarters in Jebel Boma County and coordination offices in Juba, HODO’s comprehensive efforts span various regions, including Pibor, Kapoeta, Pochalla, and Bargazal. The organization focuses on self-sufficiency through child protection, agriculture, food security, health, education, and WASH. Guided by core values, HODO actively addresses the return or integration of displaced populations, aiming to uplift South Sudanese communities by tackling insecurity, food scarcity, and poverty. Operating across the country, HODO’s reach includes orphans, vulnerable children, street kids, individuals with disabilities, widows, youths, and women.
